A great foodservice design is not complete without comprehensive equipment provision. Arizona Restaurant Consulting considers itself a “boutique” equipment dealer. We have no storefront and do not sell to the public. Our equipment sales are strictly for our clients, as a way of completing the service and seeing the project through to completion.
Other equipment dealers involvement can cause confusion and detract from the original intent of the design. This is why it makes so much sense to have the designer see it through to the end, to ensure the intent of the design is executed flawlessly. Arizona Restaurant Consulting excels at this final component of the project and has for 20+ years.
Our designs consider budget up front. The equipment specifications provided are out of a “catalog” as much as possible. This avoids custom equipment and the high price associated with it. We certainly can specify and quote “Cadillac” style items and specific brands upon request.
Our suppliers have been vetted through years of working together. They are LOCAL, have strong purchasing power ensuring that our pricing is competitive with the market and a service level that is next to none. When it comes to exhaust hoods, walk-in’s, beer systems and custom stainless we purchase directly from the manufacturer to ensure the best pricing possible for our clients.
